AUTOMATIC PRESSING LINES FOR LAMINAR BEAMS OR PANELS PRODUCTION

The standard equipment of these plants include a composition surface of the laminar beams or panels to be glued, with motorised belt and thrusting carriage to introduce the panels into the press lenghtwise, and a pneumatic press with working pressure reaching up to 18 Kg/cm2 on the side horizontal axis.
The standard dimension of such plants refer tothe press bed are divided into two categories mainly differentiated by the maximum working width of 700 mm or1000 mm for lines mainly intended for the production of laminar beams and of 1300 mm for lines mainly intended for the productionof laminar panels:

The minimum working thickness is 10 mm, the maximum working thickness is 100 mm or 200 mm according to whether the line is equipped with one or two rows of side thrus cylinders. The glue polymerisation system can be of the hot plate type, through water or diathermic oil heating system, or of thehigh frequency type, through generators of our production; the working cycle can be automaticor manual; in both cases,it is controlled by a PLC, and an operator interface allows to enter the data necessary to the cycle setting.
The lines can also be equipped with automatic or manual vertical and/or horizontal pressure distributio, special loadersfor laminar panels with working speeds up to 120m/mn., semi-automatic or automatic loaders fo laminar beams, rear cutters for laminar panels or beams, unloaders-stackers and automation system for feeding and unloading with other machines.
