This automatic fine makes a panel by joining wooden strips together, and introducing a nylon thread inside them. This type of panel finds a wide range of applications in the making of compound panels where the total closing uniformity of the middle panel is not required (as for example multilayer parquet) but increases the elasticity of the final pane!. The fine includes a strip loader, a panel pre-composition station, a composition and compaction station, a travelling device that locks the panel and shifts it lengthwise, a cutting and thread introducing unit which attaches the nylon thread inside the panel during the shift of the panel. A strip positioner is available in option, to introduce a strip of different type or dimensions, at the front and at the back of the panel
\nThe fine productivity is approximately one pane! every 30 seconds with a single operator.
